Outfoxxed Program
What is the Outfoxxed Program?
The Outfoxxed Program is a series of workshops designed specifically with the female in mind. We focus primarily on the skills of communication, awareness/avoidance and situational problem-solving. If and when a situation becomes physical, we use a wide array of practical techniques that can be performed (to great effect) regardless of age or athleticism.
What does the program teach?
Outfoxxed covers the gambit of self-protection tactics, but hones in on those areas that are in most need for the female: red flag spotting, how to create boundaries, effective physical and verbal communication and understanding the realities of violence. Once the student understands these realities of violence, they can better navigate the chaotic waters of violence - movement, pre-emption, defense, righteous indignation, dynamics of force and leverage. The more the student learns through the program, the more confidence and understanding she will have in present and future relationships

Benefits from self defense?
CONFIDENCE
So many women feel like they don’t stand a chance against the physical strength of a man. With some time and dedicated practice you will grow your ability to point where an increase in confidence and self-assuredness is guaranteed.
SITUATIONAL PROBLEM-SOLVING
We, as rational people, know that a physical answer is almost never necessary. We must, however, be able to choose the most effective response based on the situation that is presented. For young women, it is important for them to learn “blue-printing.”
EDUCATION
Women have always been the most victimized of the sexes and it is very important to not only learn how we can bring power and autonomy back to the self, but to have the community, professionals and resources to learn, grow, and heal. Since the beginning of the program, Outfoxxed has been donated to the wonderful of charities RAINN.org and Action Breaks Silence.
What is the cost?
Costs for our workshops differ between private one-on-one or small groups, schools/churches/non-profit organizations and businesses. Please let us know for whom the workshop will be for, and how many women are expected and we’ll formulate a special rate. Since 2019, the Outfoxxed Program has been 100% donation based (barring merchandise sells).
What should I wear for my first class?
The student should wear clothes that they feel comfortable moving in. They should also know that through the activities of moving and learning, there is the chance that your clothes may get sweating and/or accidentally stretched/pulled. Athletic footwear is preferred. Please limit and/or be mindful of jewelry, perfumes, etc.
What should I expect during lessons?
You should expect to feel empowered, emboldened and more sure of your power than ever before.
